Soundproof electronic heel seat pounding machine, equipped with heated plate and roller for shoes and boots, with automatic pressing corrector. Ideal for rebating the buttress and edging the heel seat, it is also equipped with a front articulated column that facilitates insertion of the boots and centering the seat of the shoe with the heel plate. The automatic pounding system allows the matrix assembly to be tilted either to the right or left to improve the pounding operation even on special shapes; the hammer and roller assembly also self-aligns when this system is used. The Mod. GAMMA is equipped with various adjustments such as: levelling and hammer thrust pressure, roller vibration intensity, rotation and translation speed, heat intensity of the levelling plate, pressing-only cycle time, translation according to heel length. This machine is equipped with a soundproofing cabin with an automatically rising door, which does not slow down the working cycle and reduces the noise level to 83 dBA, and a bimanual accident prevention system at the beginning of the cycle.
