Electronic soundproof heel seat pounding machine with heated plate and roller for shoes and boots, with automatic pressing corrector. This machine, prepared for Industry 4.0 via a convenient touch screen with an articulated arm, is ideal counterfort pounding and heel seat edging, and is also equipped with a front hinged column that facilitates boot insertion and centring of the heel seat with the matrix plate. The automatic levelling corrector allows the inclination of the matrix unit both on the right and on the left side in order to improve levelling on particular last shapes, also the hammer unit and the roller line up automatically when is used this system. MODEL GAMMA is equipped with various regulations as: levelling pressure and adjustable hammer thrust pressure, roller vibration intensity, rotation and translation speed, heat intensity of the levelling plate, time of only pressing cycle, translation adjusted according to the heel length. This machine is equipped with a soundproof cabin having door with automatic upward movement, which doesn’t slow down the working cycle and allows to reduce the noise level to 83 dBA, and with an accident prevention bimanual cycle start system.
