Two-version automatic heel seat pounding machine: the first mode consists of a heated plate and roller, ideal for heel seat flattening and edging, while the quick tooling changeover allows the operator to switch to working with the oscillating hammer and custom heel matrix, which impresses and rebates the heel seat, for perfect coupling and reduced time in the subsequent processing stages. Suitable for all types of footwear, it is designed to facilitate the operator thanks to the articulated column that facilitates the insertion of the boots combined with the regulation of all variables, from the flattening pressure and hammer thrust to the speed of roller translation and shoe rotation. The DELTA/CB model incorporates a soundproof cabin with automated opening so as to fully safeguard the operator without compromising productivity.
